Abstract :

The prime purpose was growing up gestation number and kwalitas genetic by artificial insemination on beef cattle which sincronization of estrous with CIDR progesterone content In intra vaginal manner.The special purpose was : (1) socialize for used CIDR with progesterone content for sincronization of estrous, (2) growing up skill and know how local beef cattle breeder as efforts growing capable human resource development, and (3) growing up payment for breeder.Occurrence of estrous appear after used CIDR on 40 tail (100%) and after conducted artificial insemination get gestation number as 80% ( 32 tail of gestation from 40 tail which artificial insemination.CIDR progesterone content was insert to inside in vagina would reseve by epithel vagina cell, furthermore inside blood sirculatin and pass through of portal system to feed back negative of hypothalamus to produce releacing hormone (RH), but progesterone in CIDR was insert to inside in vagina cancellated. So this hormone drop out in blood, so hypothalamus outside of RH and than appear estrous response and ovulation can immediately happened.
