Abstract :

The high demand for meat affects the level of demand for qualified males to increase livestock productivity. The superior bulls in number, many females that wait on serve by the bulls to conduct to increasing the population rate. The purpose of this study was to determine the pregnancy rate in the fat tailed sheep insemination using frozen semen merino sheep with different times between 12 hours, 24 hours and 36 hours after onset of estrus. The results are analyzed using probit analysis of the opportunity of high successed on (P1) 12 hours of appearance of signs of lust opportunities to obtain 70% and 4 of 6 fat tailed sheep females is declared pregnant. Results of insemination at 12 hours after estrus signs appeared is the best one in this eksperiment.
