Abstract :
The aim of this research is to confirm ethanol used on mouse oocytes activation, partenogenetic oocytesdevelopment after induced by 6-DMAP and producing partenogenetic diploid embryo. Activation of partenogenticoocytes were done by incubating unfertililized oocytes on M-2 medium containing 70 % ethanol for 57 minutes.Partenogenetic oocytes were prepared by incubation on CZB medium containing 2mM 6-DMAP for 3 hours afterafter ethanol activation. Developpement of partenogeneic embryos were evaluated for 4 hours on CZB medium. TheThe partenogenetic mouse oocytes actived by ethanol were corfirmed by production of Polarbody II , pronucleus andcells devided and resulted 2 and 4 cells. The oocytes non activated by ethanol were not devided. The combinationtreatment ethanon and 6-DMAP decreasing number of patrenogenetic diploid oocytes and followed by blastocystproduction and polyploid embryos.
