Abstract :
This aim of this research was to determine the potential of concentrate feed and lactation period’s on milk protein and feed conversion on dairy cattle friesian holstein crosscred at Taman-Sidoarjo. The total number of sample in research was 8 dairy cattle, split up become 2 dairy cattle in lactation period’s 2-3 given by tofu waste, 2 dairy cattle in lactation period’s 4-5 given by tofu waste, 2 dairy cattle in lactationperiod’s 2-3 given by commercial concentrat, and 2 dairy cattle in lactation period’s 4-5 given by commercial concentrat, has been observed in this study of milk protein, milk production, and feed conversion for 14 days. The result showed that milk protein is not affected by feed and lactation period’sand there is no interaction (p>0,05) between feeding and lactation periods. The feed convertion is affected by feed and lactation period’s (p<0,05) and there is interaction (p<0,05) between feeding and lactation period’s. The best feed conversion obtained from commersial concentrat feed to the lactation period’s 2-3 and lactation period’s 4-5.
