Abstract :
This research was aimed to find the motility percentage of the sperms of fat tailed-sheep in 3 Different kinds of semen extenders with water incubator examination. This research used of fat tailed-sheep’s fresh semen samples collected in artificial vagina, then were treated with three treatment, egg yolk skim (P0), egg yolk tris (P1), and Andromed® (P2) extenders. Then it was the freezing process. Then it was examined to determine sperm quality including sperm motility percentage after water incubator inspection. The data collected was analyzed by ANOVA (Analysis of Variant), followed by Tukey test. The result showed was significant difference between control and treatment (P<0,5). In this research the highest sperm motilitypercentage was that of egg yolk tris extenders but no significant diffrently egg yolk tris extenders.
