Abstract :
The aim of this research was to know that the combination of cryoprotectan Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) and glycerol at frozen semen extender of bull could increased the motility percentage of spermatozoa and the living of spermatozoa pasca thawing. Bull semen of Limousine age two year was collected used artificial vagina, than made in one treatment and one control. P0 as control (semen, glucose, glycerol 8%, milk skim diluter-egg yolk) and P1 as treatment (semen, glucose, DMSO 1%, glycerol 6%, milk skim diluter-egg yolk), the continued with frozen procces and examination of Pasca Thawing Motility (PTM). The data were analyzed by Paired Samples T Test. The result showed that higly significant difference (p<0,01) for control and treatment. Conclusively, combination of cryoprotectan DMSO 1% and glycerol 6% could increased the motility percentage of spermatozoa and the living of spermatozoa pasca thawing.
