Abstract :
The use of indigenous bacteria in aqua culture is proving to be highly effective in improving diseaseresistance, nutrition and /or growth of cultured organisms. The objective of this work was to obtain the synergism effectof bacterial strains with qualities for shrimp against pathogen. Indigenous bacterial were isolated from the digestivetract of healthy culture shrimp (2 month culture). The bacterial performance in-vitro was evaluated by using the agardiffusion technique. Three strains identified as Acenitobacter aritratus, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcussaprophyticus. From the extra-cellular enzyme test showed that Bacillus can fully hydrolyzed protein, fat and amylum, while Acenitobacter and Staphylococcus only for fat and amylum. The highest inhibitory effects against Vibrioalgynoliticus by single strain of Bacillus. While, the combination of three strains bacterial against Vibrio showedsynergism effect.
