Abstract :
This experiment was conducted to determine rumen microbial protein synthesis of Ongole Grade Cattle. Five female Ongole Grade Cattle were used for investigating rumen microbial protein synthesis. All of Ongole Grade Cattle were treated by animal feed ad libitum consist of rice straw (RS), ammoniation rice straw (ARS) and soybean straw (SS) as single fed. The result showed that rumen microbial protein synthesis were not significantly different for ARS,SS and RS have value 4.26; 3.36; 2.64 gN/kg rumen digestibility organic matter (RDOM).
