The ultra structure profile of the m mucous cell of mouse intestines

      Abstract :

      M cell has been known as a transit cell brought from lumen to the system immune of cells. So far, the mechanism of transportation of antigen in M cells through the profile of ultra structure of the M mucous cell of mouse intestine infected by S. typhi as antigen-sampling cell is on unclear knowing. This study was an explanative experimental study by using pottest only control group design and trial animals of mouse intestine infected by S. typhi using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The method of study was conducted to several stages, that was the production of S. typhi isolates stages, the determination pf LD50 and the account of mouse used in this stage namely 42, consisting of 6 mice for control and 36 mice for treatment. The observation was conducted for 2-4 days after an inoculation with treatment stage using 16 mice, consisting of 4 mice for control and 12 mice for treatment by the S. typhi inoculating in LD50 dose oserved in 1-3 days. The result obtained in this study was as the following. The blood sample, in this study, was used after sequence biochemical test that produced optimally S. typhi isolates in the test of urine’s sufferer (+) by titer 1/800 as a antigen-sampling cell. The amount of S. thypi bacteria used in this study was 3.1 x 106/ml infected per oral to mice as many as 0.1 everyday. The result was that there was no black spot growth obtained. On the first day, we found black spot in the sides but it decreased on the second day. The black spot emerged in the intestine and increased on the third. The result of observation on intestine payer patch using SEM was as the following. Control: there was no change in the surface of microfili, the set up of M cell in the hole was like mount of cattle. On the first day, the surface of microfili was broken and the surface of M cell did not appear because the S. typhi came. On the second day, the microfili was normal measles, M cell looked like a hole and it continued until the third. The conclusion of this observational study using scanning electron microscope was that the surface of microfili epitel mucous intestine broke because of the entrance of the Salmonella typhi bacteria in to M cell.
