Abstract :

Fire is dangerous for everyone. It can rise a big loss, like injured, death, loss asset and material. Fire rise by mistake or unsafe action and the condition from the work area, the material or equipment (unsafe condition). A research is a kind of description observational research with a plan cross sectional. Data is collected by observe, interview and measure to the fix evacuation equipment, that can make evacuation process fluently and to less risk to be victim in urgent time. The variable must strict is Apar the way in of PMK car engine, emergency door and ladder. From all data, than analize by descriptive, compare data from the observe, interview, measurement by evacuation of condition. The research shows that, this sack factory has fire potentially. Because of the material uses, the hot risen on that industrial process We can concluse that, the equipments are not complete in that factory. And almost all of the means of evacuation has not adequate.so that’s why the sack factory must prepare it as the fix condition.
