Abstract :
This article try to describe how million friends zero enemy address today’s challenge,”navigating a turbulent ocean”. When the world became more interdependence, cooperation became a main factor to survive from the turbulences. Therefore, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono optimistic by all direction foreign policy, Indonesia will actively seek to raise to a higher level existing ties with countries in all corners of the globe. But, without a certain direction, Indonesia threatened lost of identity. Even the interdependence push Indonesia to againts his own independence. Moreover, in the era of paradox of plenty when information became uncontrolled, Indonesia government shall be ready to face several controversy.
