Abstract :
Poverty in Bangladesh is a complex problem. It is started with the unfulfilled basic needs for human being. The situation is excerbated by political and social condition. Politically, the government is unprepared about the aids. They can’t manage programs and funds that come to Bangladesh. Socially, many women are victimized in their society. The Hunger Project is choosen as a case study. Author uses Easterly (2006) analysis on umpan balik and akuntabilitas to aid’s donors and recipients in order to make aids effective. These strategies success to empower women and tranfer women from victim to hero
