Abstract :
This research is conducted on the basis of fact that growing of the amount of Labour Indonesia ( TKI) out countryeffect of progressively as narrow tight as employment in country, and also to the number of cases that happened atTKI without there is solving of which is visit come, and yielded by policy product is government hitherto still not yetfinished problem that happened at TKI.UPTP3TKI Surabaya represent institute in charge of in location of labour representing one of the East Javaprovince labour department. Intention of this research is 1. For how role of Unit Service, Location and ProtectionOf Labour Indonesia ( UPTP3TKI) in the case of observation finish cases faced by TKI. 2. For How InteractionBetween Unit Service, Location and Protection Of Labour Indonesia ( UPTP3TKI) On Duty Labour Sub-Province ofMadiun? Research [done/conducted] by in two place, in Surabaya and Sub-Province of Madiun. Using interactiontheory and observation. Result of research of menunjukan that role of UPTP3TKI as according to law andregulation and also existing authority. But in the case of very low observation and there no interaction with itsDisnaker Special district of Madiun.
