Abstract :

One of the government's policies relating to the protection of labor’s wage policy. Three stakeholders in this issue is the Goverment, employers and workers. The results showed that Jombang is a growing industrial area with most of the companies inside is a laborintensive industry. Values obtained from the KHL, Depekab (Dewan Pengupahan Kabupaten-Wage Council) Jombang will bring it to the Depekab meeting to get a deal how the proposed value becomes the Minimum Wage Policy to a proposed recommendation Regent Jombang Minimum wage district policy. In these meetings occurred bargaining of the proposed scale for each party between employers and workers have different interests. From the data results obtained minimum wage policy formulation uses models Rasionalime Jombang district. This model put the idea that public policy as a means of maximum social gain as government policy makers who provide optimum benefits for the community. Among the policy options that have been offered, which has been through the process of assessing and calculating the impact of which will be chosen to be decided. The result is the Minimum wage district policy value which will be set by the Governor.
