Abstract :

Latar belakang: Dermatitis atopik (DA) sering mengalami kekambuhan. Salah satu faktor lingkungan yang berperan sebagai penyebab kekambuhan DA adalah tungau debu rumah (TDR). TDR berperan dalam patogenesis DA melalui induksi IgE dan sel T. Pemeriksaan IgE spesifik dan uji tempel atopi (APT) terhadap TDR dapat dilakukan untuk identifikasi TDR sebagai salah satu faktor pencetus kekambuhan DA. Tujuan: Mengetahui profil IgE spesifik dan hasil APT terhadap TDR pada berbagai derajat keparahan DA di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Metode: Dilakukan pengambilan darah pada 21 penderita DA untuk pemeriksaan IgE spesifik dan APT terhadap TDR serta dilakukan penilaian derajat keparahan DA dengan SCORAD Index. Hasil: Didapatkan peningkatan IgE spesifik pada 16 orang (76,2%) dan uji tempel atopi positif pada 19 orang (90,5%) terhadap TDR. Peningkatan IgE spesifik dan uji tempel atopi positif terhadap TDR terbanyak pada penderita DA dengan derajat keparahan berat (87,5%). Kesimpulan: Peningkatan IgE spesifik dan kepositifan hasil APT terhadap TDR tidak sesuai dengan peningkatan derajat keparahan DA
