Abstract :
The aims of this research was to study the use of two destructor on Wet Ashing methode for Lead analysis in canned juice can be detected by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (FAAS). The two destructor Nitric acid : Sulfuric acid ( 2:1 ) and Nitric acid : Hydrochloric acid ( 1:3 ) for destruction of canned juice sample. This methods also has been validated in linearity, Accuracy, Precision, and Limit of Detection (LOD )- Limit of Quantitation (LOQ) methods. The results showed that the linearity (r = 0.9993 ), Accuracy ) % recovery = 90.32 – 101.2 %, Precision ( CV = 9.43 %), LOD = 0.119 ppm, LOQ = 0.396 ppm for destructor HNO3 : H2SO4 ( 2:1 ) and HNO3 : HCl ( 1 : 3 ) no detection. It concluded that destructor HNO3 : H2SO4 ( 2:1 ) use for destruction in canned juice
