Abstract :

This study aimed to understand the causal factors of Aisyiyahs resilience and achievement inrunning the work programs. It used a qualitative approach (instrumental case study). The datacollection tools were documentations, field notes of Aisyiyahs business units, inquiries of the socialreligious organizations achievement and also interviews to some Aisyiyahs officials. Sevenparticipants involved were managerial staffs, at central and branch offices, from states to villages.Qualitative analysis used in this research was thematic analysis. It was expected that researcher canfindnewthemes to change or refine some previous theories in the preliminary study. The result of this research showed that the resilience and success of Aisyiyah is caused by religious life, an approach that relevan to the interests of society and move in all areas of public life. Organizational religious life has become the main principle of the emergence of moderate approach to the society and organizational movement in all areas of public life. This model acted in a sequence way to achieve the success of the organization. It helped Aisyiyah to promote the good things for community continuously. By that, this model is called the Virtue of Religious Social Organization (VIRSO). Thus, it can enrich some theories about the success of a religious social organization were explained in the preliminary study.
