Abstract :
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between job stress and emotional intelligence and the quality of nursing services at the XYZ Dili. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are all nurses who work at the XYZ Dili - East Timor as many as 66 people. Sampling method using saturated sample or census. Mechanical product moment correlation analysis of Person. The analysis showed that the stress of work with quality of nursing service has a negative correlation direction, which the correlation coefficient is -0.057, but the significant value gained by 0.647 greater than 0.05 (0.647> 0.05). Moreover, there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the quality of nursing services that have a positive correlation direction, which the correlation coefficient is 0.624 with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).
