Abstract :
Globalization reinforces organization to change. This study aims to explain the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and employee perception of organizational change. PT . PLN (Persero) AP J North Surabaya was chosen, due to many media report about the organizational change of the company. LMX questionnaire was completed by supervisor (N=16) and employee (N=52), and perception of organizational change questionnaire was completed by employee (N=52). According to the correlation test obtained, the correlation value is -0,161 with coeff correlation 0,255 (p-value < 0,05), indicates that there wasn't significant correlation between LMX and Employee Perception of Organizational change in PT . PLN (Persero) AP J North Surabaya. Related to this result it was suggested for the company to encourage discussions in every sub units and also provide outbond training to increase cooperation and harmony in the organization.
