Abstract :
This study was aimed to find out the extent of psychological test as a predictor of employersperformance. Population in this study were employee under employment agreement for a spesificterm (PKWT) in one division of BUMN company. Purposive sampling was used to obtain the subjects.The methods to collect data was observation and interview, also documentation study from chosenemployers psychological test and performance appraisal, and were analysed using crosstab statisticof SPSS ver 15.00 program. The result of this study showed that psychological test result wasaccordance with performance appraisal.
