Abstract :
In this research result of making data compared between immunohistochemistry using Photoshop CS5© software remele with a conventional manner use a method that has been modified . Immunohistochemistry preparation used here is the lungs chickens infected AI H5N1 virus and lungs chicken that cytokines ChTL1A express. Both types of this preparation taken the photo using a microscope camera. A digital photograph then processed with Photoshop CS5© then taken to the data in quantification in the form of an antigen pesentase. The results of the adoption of this data then compared with data obtained in the calculation of conventionally. The results from a comparison using correlation analysis shows that there is strong correlation very strong on the calculation count tool use of Photoshop CS5© compared to hand calculating. While data collection by means of the calculation of the pixels with Photoshop CS5© histogram show the relation strong correlation .The conclusion of this research is a method of the collection of data with the help of Photoshop CS5© software can be used.
