Dipping of meniran infusion (phyllantus niruri) on gourame (osphronemus gouramy) infected with vibrio anguillarum toward the level of hemoglobin, packed cell volume and number of erythrocytes

Abstract :

The aim of this research is to prove the effect of dipping meniran infusion can increase Hb, PCV and the number of erythrocytes of Gourame infected with V. anguillarum. This research was conducted 5 group treatments and 4 replications. P0(-) was a control group, gouramy was not infected with V.anguillarum and wasn’t  given any treatment, P0(+) gruop was infected with V. anguillarum and wasn’t given meniran infusion and P1, P2 and P3 group was infected with V. anguillarum and dipping in meniran infusion at a dose of 10%, 20%, 30%. Data were analyzed with ANOVA (Analysis of Variant) if there obtained a significant effect then followed with Duncan's multiple range test significance level of 5%. The results show dipping meniran infusion in gouramy infected with V. anguillarum can increase Hb, PCV and total erythrocyte. Dose of 30% show result efective dose dipping meniran infusion in gouramy infected with V. anguillarum.
