It occurs since climate change is acknowledged as one of potential threats of contemporary environmental degradation in significant level. Thus, all contries are expected to contribute their efforts, including by establishing and implementing international agreements regarding the issue. The 13th Conference of Party (COP) of United Nations for Climate Change Conference which was held in Bali 2007 is not only a test-case for Indonesian green diplomacy but also for all countries which have given their committment to protect the one-world. This paper aims to analyze Indonesian environmental diplomacy in viewing climate change as global problems, in particular related with its position as the host of COP 13 UNCCC.
