Abstract :
Each country especially countries which has a space technology or as we known space faring countries when make it`s foreign policy will put space asa primary variable. It is recognized as the strategic benefit of space which is very broad and covers all aspects of human life. The political condition andinternational security which related to space has led strategic thinkers to give birth to concept of confidence building measure (CBM), and in line with thespace development that demands of more transparency policy then rolled the concept Transparancy Confidence Building Measure (TCBMs). This paperattempts to provide an overview related to the understanding that TCBMs is a concept that begins with building construction to think of all the people of theworld.
