Abstract :
The sovereign debt crisis that swept the Euro zone and in the process lead to a broadereconomic crisis in the region has became a new round for all the country that usingEuro as their currency. The crisis that began from Greece has brought almost all themember of European Union into crisis and recession. Moreover, European economicbackbone such as Germany, France and Italy were also hampered by this crisis. In themidst of growing regional economic integration of the European Union, the regionalinstitution has not been able to resolve the crisis. The core argument of this study is theeconomic crisis in the countries of the European Union has not resolved yet despite theincreasing conditions of economic integration of the European Union was due to theclash of national interests among the major member states such as Germany, Franceand Britain. This clash of sovereignty-based boost the outlook sparked by rising nationalsentiment and brought the economic crisis into a political crisis in a number of EUmember states.
