Abstract :
One of the purpose of Agreement On Trade In Goods of The Framework Agreement OnComprehensive Economic Co-Operation Between The Association Of Southeast AsianNations And The People’s Republic Of China (TIG ACFTA) is increasing industrialefficiency and competitiveness of each ACFTA’s member. Competition will forceeach party to optimalize their strenght on the based of comparative and competitiveadvantage so that the competitiveness of product would increase. However, the factconversely shows that TIG ACFTA cause Indonesian textile and textile product’s(TPT) competitiveness toward China’s imported TPT decrease. Therefore, this articleexamines why the implementation of TIG ACFTA cause the decrease of Indonesiantextile and textile product’s competitiveness.
