Abstract :

The cells isolation was done from the hematopoietic tissue of nila Oreochromis niloticus.. The number of cells isolated from the hematopoietic tissue is variated, isolation was not doing well because cell could not separated perfectly. The minced of hematopoietic tissue was not perfect therefore some of cells is clumped. The cells normally culture a week and the media must be replaced with new medium for growth. The density of cell for growth is adjusted to 100000 cells per milliliter.
