The caterpillars eat one eye on the pseudo lymphoma tumor

Abstract :

The aim of this case report is to present a unique pseudo lymphoma tumor case wich the right eye was filled with caterpillarscaused by the unhygienic wound care. A 78 years old women with a pseudo lymphoma tumor. She complained right eye swelling, pain,bleeding and the right eye was filled with caterpillars. On 2000 surgery of malignant tumors of the tongue had been performed at theNavy Hospital Surabaya, after which she never came to control. On ophthalmic examination the visual acuity was light perceptionon the right eye. The diagnostic of pseudo lymphoma tumor was taken from incisional biopsi. She got wound care regular hygiene,cefotaxim injection, analgesic injection, gentamycin eye ointment and methyl prednisolon. After treatment she had gradual recovery,the right eye was not filled with caterpillars, decrease of periorbital swelling, no pain and no bleeding. In conclusion the pseudolymphoma tumor wich the right eye was filled with caterpillars can recover with standard pseudo lymphoma tumor treatment and thewound care regular hygiene.
