Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to find whether there is a correlation between psychologicalcapital and work engagement of stay overnight installation nurse in Menur Mental HealthHospital Surabaya. This research has been done to stay overnight installation nurse in MenurMental Health Hospital Surabaya, with a total sample of 68 respondents. The tools for datacollection used for this research are questionnaires, in the form psychological capital scale (28valid items) and work engagement scale (20 valid items) . The value of psychological capital scalereliability (r) is 0,959 and the value of work engagement scale reliability (r) is 0,945. Based on theresult of research data analysis, the value of correlation coefficient between those two variablesis 0,235 with significance degree amount is 0,053. These findings demonstrate that there is nocorrelation between psychological capital and work engagement of stay overnight installationnurse in Menur Mental Health Hospital Surabaya.
