Abstract :

The purpose of this research was to know whether there was a relation between self efficacy andcreativity on Vocational High School students. This type of research, including explanotaryresearch, because it aimed to explain the relation between the variables through hypothesis. Thisresearch was conducted on students of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 8 Surabaya by thenumber of the study subjects were 62 students who are XI grader Fashion Boutique CompetencySkills.The analysis of the research data obtained by the coefficient correlation between selfefficacy with creativity of 0,479 with the p value of 0,000. It has shown that there was asignificant relation between self efficacy with creativity on Vocational High School students, theincrease of self efficacy, followed by an increase in creativity.
