Abstract :

The purpose of this reasech is to understand a phenomena about how achievement motive can affect bussines success on small micro enterpreneursjip in Surabaya.The research wasconductedwith the subject ofthreepeople, consistingofactors, Micro, Small inSurabayaMunicipalityissuccessful inentrepreneurshipactivities. In accordancewith the type ofresearch, which isqualitative, then thedetermination ofsubjectsto collectdatausingpurposivesamplingmethod, where thedecisionwas notmade​​on the basis ofthe subjectstrata, randomorregion, butbased onspecificgoals.The number ofsubjectsin this study werethree people, becausepenilitiankualitaitfseek to understandthe perspectiveandcontextin-depth study, so ittends todo withthe number ofcases slightly.From the analysis ofdata, the authorscan interprethowachievement motivation,entrepreneurshipplays a role inthe successoftheMicro, SmallplayersinSurabayaMunicipality. The perpetrators ofMicro, Small,whosucceededin entrepreneurshipare thosewhoalsoown ahighneed for achievement, I canunderstandsomeone who issuccessfulat leastintheself-employment, that individualwill also havethe need forhighachievement motivationindeveloping a business.
