Abstract :

Refractive of biologi tissues is measurable by total internal reflection method. The sample that used are egg white liquid, human’s blood and the egg white coagulant. That sample is made in preparation form and it is determined egg coagulant. That sample is made in preparation form and it is determined critic angle. From the measurement result of reflection index is known (1.35 ± 0,02), (1.39 ± 0.02) and (1.38 ± 0.02) concequently for egg white liquid, human’s blood and egg white coagulant white list count 0.02.Analysis statistic result use t-test, when SPAA program white interval convidence 90% conclude that the observation report is still the same as the observation before.
