Abstract :
This study aimed to determine the differences between teacher efficacy level based on teacher certification status of high school in Tuban. The number of samples in this study was 86. Data collection tool in the form of teacher efficacy questionnaire (41 aitem) with a reliability of 0.948 and teacher certification status data which has to be completed by the subjects in the questionnaire which drawn up by the author. Data analysis was performed with parametric statistical analysis techniques Independent T-test using SPSS 16.0. The results of the analysis of the data obtained is the significance value of 0,002. This indicates that there are significant differences on teacher efficacy level between groups that have not been certified and certified group.
