The influence of playing playdough toward 5-6 years old child creativity viewed from individually and grouply playing

Abstract :

This research aims to know is there any influence of playing playdough toward 5-6 years old child creativity viewed from individually and grouply playing. Playing playdough is a fun activity which has purpose to having fun using various colors of soft dough that can be made into other shapes. This creativity here is theory of Munandar. This research is conducted on 56 children of 5-6 years old in Dharma Wanita kindergarten. The used sampling technique is simple random sampling. Technique of data collection uses procedure of observation arranged by author. The realibility of observation is 0,93. Data analysis uses technique of Mann-Whitney U Test by using an assist of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a differences of testing value about 0,915. It means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of data analysis show that there is no influence of playing playdoough toward 5-6 years old child creativity  viewed from individually and grouply playing.
