Abstract :
Abstract: Breast milkis the best food for babies containing the optimal nutrition quality as well as quantity. The Government's Target of exclusive breastfeeding by 60%. But based on the preliminary studies for the interview on 10 mother obtained six (60%) the mother of his understanding of breastfeedingexclusively but it does give enough breastfeedingexclusively. One of the reasons is the mother must immediately return to work. The purpose of this research is to analyze the behavior of mothers work in giving breastfeedexclusively in district of Japanan work-area Clinics Kemlagi Mojokerto.This research is observational analytic study with quantitative approach. Time-based data retrieval, research is a cross sectional study. The population in this study was 34 working moms who have babies ages 6 to 12 months in district of Japanan work-area clinics Kemlagi-Mojokerto. The sampling technique used is a Non Probability sampling with the kind of total sampling. In this study used questionnaires measuring instrument covered. The questionnaire has been filled out and then processed and analyzed using chi square test. The results based on chi-square analysis with error level α=0.05 between attitudes, subjective norms, and controlling behavior obtained the result of an attitude (ρ= 0,000 < 0,05), subjective norms (ρ= 0,017 < 0,05), and controlling behavior (ρ= 0,000 < 0,05). The conclusions in this study that there is a relationship between attitudes,subjective norms,and behavior control with the behavior of giving exclusive breastfeed. Suggested to mother that works to foster a positive attitude about the exclusive breastfeed, health workers are more active in providing information on breastfeed exclusively, Outreach to Working Moms about breastfeeding exclusively, to the holding of a policy regarding the use of breast milkenhancement program commitment among the mothers work and the workplace.
