Abstract :

Objektif : Untuk mengetahui profil penderita hipospadia di RSUD Dr. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan. dari Juli 2009 – Juni 2011. Metode : Penelitian rerospektif yang diambil pada semua penderita hipospadia di RSUD Dr. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan. dari Juli 2009 – Juni 2011. Hasil : Terdapat 24 pasien hipospadia yang dilakukan operasi di di RSUD Dr. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan pada rentang umur 2-38 tahun dengan rata-rata 10,7+8,3 tahun, dengan rentang umur 6-10 tahun sebanyak 9 pasien (37.5%) dan paling sedikit pada rentang umur 16-20 tahun, yaitu hanya ada 1 orang (4.2%). Sebagian besar pasien hipospadia di RSUD Dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan adalah tipe penile yaitu sebesar 10 pasien (41.7%), sisanya adalah 6 jenis subcoronal (25,0%), 5 jenis penoscrotal (20,8%), dan 3 jenis scrotal (12,5%) dengan hanya satu kasus tanpa chordee (4,2%).Tehnik urethroplasty satu tahap adalah yang paling banyak digunakan (95,8%) dengan TIP. Adalah teknik bedah umum digunakan (50%), teknik lainnya MAGPI 6 pasien (25%) , onlay preputial island flap 3 pasien (12,5%), dan tubed preputial island flap 2 pasien (8,3%).Dari 24 penderita hipospadia, sebanyak 5 pasien (20,8%) mendapatkan tindakan repair; 4 orang (16.6%) menjalani repair fistel dan 1 orang (4.2%) menjalani redo uretroplasty. Sedangkan selama massa follow-up 24 bulan, dari 24 penderita didapatkan angka fistel uretrocutan di RSUD Dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan sebesar 29.2% (7 penderita), dimana angka fistel uretrokutan paling banyak pada penggunaan  tehnik uretroplasty TIP (20,8%). Kesimpulan : Penderita hipospadia tebanyak dengan rentang umur 6-10 tahun, tipe penile dengan cordae dan tehnik operasi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah urethroplasty satu tahap dengan komplikasi terbanyak fistel uretrocutan.
