Abstract :
Circadian rhythm is a bological clock that regulate physiological function and human behaviour. Melatonin is an agent which is effected and regulated by circadian rhythm through photoreceptor activity. Melatonin roles passively in immune system by mediating antioxidant and metabolites matters activation which are scavenging ROS. Melatonin roles actively as immunomodulator that stimulate the production of progenitor granulocyte-macrophage cells, NK cells, CD4+ cells, cytokines of NK and lymphocyte T-helper cells, but inhibits production and release of CD8+ cells. On the other sides, coals crushing process into particles produce radical hydroxil at new coal surface. PM2,5-10 coal particles category cause inflammation in broncho-tracheal area, whereas PM≤ 2,5 category cause inflammation in alveolar area. These inflammation activate alveolar macrophage in order to release cytokines like IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF.
