Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation and evaluation of the impact of Rural Agribusiness Enterprise Development program (PUAP) in Gapoktan Karya Tani, Village Bendosewu, District Talun, Blitar Regency. Poverty is still a major problem in particular problems in the rural area, besides poverty is also one form of development problems up to this point have not yet found the right solution to handle it. The Government has sought in combating poverty in the rural area that is one of them through the program of Rural Agribusiness Enterprise Development (PUAP). One of the Gapoktan which has a rapid development associated with the management of the grant funds, namely Gapoktan Karya Tani. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collected by doing the method of observation, interview and documents study. Determination of the informant is done using the technique of purposive sampling, that the parties are deemed to know and understand about the implementation of the PUAP programme in Gapoktan Karya Tani, then due to circumstances in the field then the researchers also used the technique of snowball sampling. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the PUAP programme in Gapoktan Karya Tani quite rapidly this is evidenced by the amount of funds which initially totaled Rp 100 million now developed into Rp 197,392,000. Then the existence of a program capable of impacting economic PUAP against society. The perceived economic impact of Bendosewu village community is the impact of the production of agricultural commodities, supply and demand for agricultural commodities, as well as farmer income and household spending farmers. However, if seen from the marketing of agricultural commodities that PUAP program has not been able to provide a meaningful impact for the community the farmer in the village of Bendosewu due to a marketing system utilised community both before and after the existence of the program unchanged.
