Abstract :
One of fishery commodities which have high economic value is frozen frog legs.Processing of frog legs with freezing to slow down the deterioration of quality during distribution and storage to be consumed by the export community. The purpose of the Practice of Field Work is to determine the processing procedure by freezing frogs as food export standards. Practice Field (PKL) held at UD. Suyono Pantoro, Jl. Brig Katamso No. 24-26, District of the city, Kediri, East Java Province. Field Internship Activities (PKL) held from January 24 until February 24, 2011.
