Abstract :
In this time fish of duck grouper to have value sell high and request which many while request of fish market of duck grouper not yet earned fufilled. The purpose of the implementation of the Job Training (PKL) is grouper larval rearing techniques duck (Cromileptes altivelis). factors to consider in grouper larval rearing ducks and obstacles that arise during the maintenance period. Job Training held at the Marine Aquaculture Research Center Gondol Penyabangan District Gerokgak Village Buleleng Bali province on 19 July to 3 September 2010. The methods of work used in this field work practice is the descriptive method of data collection includes primary and secondary data. The data were collected through observation, interviews and active participation and studies of literature. Tina of preparation is the first step that should be performed in the ducks stage mere raising of larvae. Before you can use to serve as clean or disinfect before using chlorine solution (150 g/t). Then bathroom brushed clean and fresh water then rinse bath and dried during 1 day. Tank with seawater is filtered first using sand filter water from small marine life free from dirt. Larvae rearing is strong aeration so that the larvae are not deprived of oxygen during the night because thunderstorm larvae and plankton activity requiring oxygen, however, that if the oxygen in the basin below 4 ppm causing death of maggots. The eggs are scattered in the bathtub with a volume of 10.8 m3 of water of about 10,000 fish / duck mere bath larvae. The food provided to larvae during maintenance is a type of rotífero (Brachionus plicatilis) at a dose of 5-6 ind / ml in the evening has increased to reach 10-12 ind / ml. At the age of the D20 feed larvae more Artemia spp. with doses of 50-80 ml according to the age of the larvae.
