Occupation, body mass index, waist circumference and blood glucose were the discriminator in a function for diabetes developing prognosis from male obese subjects. The function was Z= 1,061 (occupation code)– 0,202 (BMI)+ 0,135 (waist circumference)– 0,088 (fasting glucose)+ 0,041 (post prandial glucose) – 8,369. Conclusion. The function succed to discriminate 95.2% significantly accurate (p= 0,0001).
