Abstract :

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of using of encapsulation lemuru fish oil in fermentation of sludge of palm oil in diet of hens to reduce environment polution. The present study used randomized Design in which 90 layer were distributed to nine treatment group as follows : Layers were fed diet with P0 : (0%LSF), no suplementation amino acid, no encapsulation, no vitamin E. (diet control). P1 : (15% LSF) + (75% critical amino acid) + 1.5 % fish oil + 0 Vit E, P2 : (15% LSF) + (75% critical amino acid) + 1.5% fish oil + 60 ppm vit E, P3 : (15% LSF) + (75% critical amino acid ) +3 % fish oil + 0 Vit E, P4 : (15% LSF) + (75% critical amino acid) + 3% fish oil + 60 ppm vit E, P5 : (15%LSF) + (75% critical amino acis) + 1.5% encapculation fish oil + 0 Vit E, P6 : (15% LSF) + (75% critical amino acid) + 1.5% encapculation fish oil + 60 ppmVit E, P7: (15% LSF) + (75% critical amino acid ) + 3% encapculation fish oil + 0 ppmVit E, P8 : (15% LSF) + (75% critical amino acid) + 3% encapculation fish oil + 60 ppmVit E. Variable observed measured were nitrogen, amoniak, sulfide, phosphor, BOD and COD in feces. The results showed that nitrogen, phosphor, sulfide, BOD dan COD in feces of encapculation fish oil of fermentation of sludge of palm oil and increase of different (P<0.01), but amoniak was significant different (P<0.05). In conclutions, the using encapculation fish oil of fermentation of sludge of falm and increase of critical amino acid in hens were reduce nitrogen, amoniak, palm and increase of critical amino acid in hens were reduce nitrogen, amoniak, sulfide, phosphor, BOD, COD in feces and then it was reduce enviroment polution. The best treatment was the diets cointined of 1.5 % encapsulation fish oil of fermentation of sludge of palm and critical amino acids.
