Abstract :

The reproduction disturbance’s cases caused by bacterial infection were high. The low efficiency of reproduction was often occurred. The purpose of this experiment was to know the bacteria in uterus of infertile dairy cattle.Bacterial examination was done to isolate and identify the bacteria from 20 samples of uterus fluid taken from the infertile dairy cattle.From this experiment were found eight kinds of bacteria, ex. Staphylococcus sp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Escherichia coli. Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus sp., Salmonella sp., Enterobacter aerogenes and Yersinia enterocolitica.
