Residu zinc bacitracin dalam daging, hati dan ginjal ayam yang diberi feed additive zinc bacitracin selama 6 minggu

Abstract :
Antibiotic as a feed additive has been used in agroindustries for growth stimulant. The use of antibiotic continuously can cause residue in chicken body. The aim of this research was to analyze the antibiotic (Zinc bacitracin) residue in some organ of chicken and to determine the withdrawal time of those antibiotic from the body of chicken.A total of 45 Day Old Chick (DOC) of Hubbard broilers were used as samples. Control group consisted of 5 chicks, treated group were fed with 75 ppm. Zinc bacitracin (40 chick) for six weeks. The samples were examined by spectrophotometer in meat, liver and kidney to calculate the antibiotic residue.The result of the experiment showed that Zinc bacitracin residue were 0,019 mg/kg in meat, 0,015 mg/kg in liver and 0,013 mg/kg in kidney. These residue did not exceed the permitted standard of Rancangan Standarisasi Nasional Indonesia (RSNI) 1996.
