Abstract :

This experiment was designed to observe the influence of various temperature and various length of its exposure on testicular weight and seminiferous tubular diameter in mice. Ninety-six male mice were divided into 2 groups : 48 mice group 1 and 48 mice group II, each group were divided into 12 sub groups each consisted 4 mice. All mice were exposed to scrotal heating 390C, 400C, 410C for 30 minutes / day for 1, 4 and 7 days. Mice in each group were killed the day after and 35 day after end exposure. The result showed that temperatur exposure 390, 400, 410 C for 30 minutes / day for 1, 4 and 7 days decreased seminiferous tubular diameter, except in group with temperatur exposure 390 C for 1 day.
