Abstract :
The purpose of the study was to know the potency of Lactobacillus bulgaricus inhibit Escherichia coli during making yogurt. Fully Randomized Design was used in this study consisting of two treatment and five periods 0, 6, 12, 18 and 24 hr. Data obtained were analysed using analysis of varians.
