Dysmenorrhea in endometriosis patient who undergoes laparoscopic surgery

Abstract :
Latar Belakang: Endometriosis merupakan penyakit ginekologi jinak yang sering dialami oleh wanita usia reproduksi dan dapat mempengaruhi fungsi kehidupannya oleh karena nyeri hebat yang dialaminya terutama dismenore. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara endometriosis dengan dismenore. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasinya adalah pasien laparoskopi di Klinik Fertilitas Graha Amerta RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya periode April 2012-Maret 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 105 pasien. Variabel independen adalah endometriosis, variabel dependen adalah dismenore. Isntrumen yang digunakan lembar pengumpul data. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil: 57 sampel endometriosis, 64,9% diantaranya mengalami dismenore dan selebihnya tidak mengalami dismenore. Dari 48 sampel yang tidak endometirosis, 72,9% sampel tidak mengalami dismenore. Hasil uji Chi Square, p=0,000. Ini berarti ada hubungan antara endometriosis dengan dismenore (p < 0,5). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar sampel endometriosis dan sebagian besar mengalami dismenore. Terdapat hubungan endometriosis dengan dismenore pada pasien laparoskopi di Klinik Fertilitas Graha Amerta RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya.
