Abstract :

Latar Belakang: Pengaruh preeklampsia bisa terjadi pada ibu dan janinnya. Preeklampsia bagi janin dapat mengakibatkan gangguan, diantaranya BBLR, asfiksia neonatorum, kelahiran prematur, dan kematian janin.  Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya terjadi peningkatan preeklampsia dari 27,88% menjadi 32,48%, serta tingginya kejadian BBLR mencapai 19,34% dan asfiksia neonatorum sebesar 8,83%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari hubungan antara preeklampsia dengan kejadian BBLR dan asfiksia neonatorum di VK IRD RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Metode: analitik yang berdesain cross sectional. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Chi Square (χ2) dan Spearman’s Rho (). Hasil: Dari 375 ibu bersalin aterm, 50,5%  ibu preeklampsia melahirkan BBLR dan 49,5% mengalami asfiksia neonatorum. (Hasil Uji χ2 dan  menunjukkan hubungan antara preeklampsia dengan BBLR sebesar RR=5,235, hubungan antara preeklampsia dengan asfiksia neonatorum sebesar RR=5,990. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara preeklampsia dengan kejadian BBLR dan asfiksia neonatorum.
