Abstract :

Abstrak Situs kuburan Arcawinangun sebagai situs sejarah telah melalui sejarah yang panjang. Situs ini mengungkapkan fenomena menarik karena ada penemuan artefak dari periode yang berbeda, yaitu periode prasejarah, Hindu, Buddha, dan saat ini. Yang lebih menonjol adalah menhir menhir prasejarah, yang berfungsi sebagai makam yang tidak ada identitas seperti bentuk alat kelamin pria dan drum. Periode ini ditandai dengan ditemukannya patung Ganesha Hindu di Karangwangkal dan penyebutan Maharishi (Maharishi patung dari Siva) di komunitas Mersi. Kedua patung berasal dari kuburan Arcawinangun, sementara dua patung lain belum ditemukan, yaitu Siva Mahadeva dan patung Durga Mahisasuramardhini. Mengingat ukuran patung Ganesha dapat diperkirakan bahwa bangunan candi setara dengan Kuil aliran Sivaisme Prambanan. Periode ini ditandai oleh adanya Makam Buddha Buddha (Kuburan Panjang), Situs Kabakan (situs Baka), penemuan patung emas Pradnja Paramita, dan penemuan emas di batang sungai Pelus. Dalam Arcawinangun, tidak ada situs yang mencerminkan pengaruh Islam, baik dalam bentuk sekolah, masjid kuna, dan makam orang suci sebagai penyebar Islam.   Kata Kunci: Arcawinangun, Banyumas, historiografi, Purwokerto   Abstract Arcawinangun grave site as a historical site has exceeded the long history. The site reveals an interesting phenomenon because there is the discovery of artifacts from different periods, namely the prehistoric period, Hinduism, Buddhism, and the present. Further highlight the prehistoric menhir, which serves as the tombs which no identity in the form of the male genitalia and drums. The period was marked by the discovery of the Hindu Ganesha statues in Karangwangkal and the mention of Maharishi (Maharishi's statue of Siva) in the community Mersi. Both statues are derived from Arcawinangun grave sites, while two other statues that have not been found, ie Mahadeva Siva and Durga statues Mahisasuramardhini. Given the size of the statue of Ganesha can be estimated that the building of the temple which is equivalent to the flow Sivaisme Prambanan Temple. The period was marked by the presence of the Tomb of Buddha Buddha (Long Cemetery), Kabakan Site (where the Baka), the discovery of gold statues Pradnja Paramita, and the discovery of gold in the papers Pelus River. In Arcawinangun, there is no site that reflects the influence of Islam, whether in the form of building schools, mosques kuna, and the graves of saints as a propagator of Islam that is commensurate guardian.   Keywords: Arcawinangun, Banyumas, historiografi, Purwokerto
