Abstract :

The aim of this research was to study the effect of seminal plasm of cow on goat’s spermatozoa motility and viability in milk diluter. Semen was collected using artificial vagina from the same  cow and then evaluated macroscopically and microscopically. Next  semen of cow centrifugated  for take of seminal plasm. Semen of goat colected using artificial vagina and then evaluated macroscopically  and microscopically. Semen of goa twas divided into three groups which were diluted in milk without seminal plasm of cow (P0), semen, milk diluter and added with seminal plasma of cow (1:1) ( P1) and semen, milk diluter and added with seminal plasm of cow (1:2) (P2).Evaluation of motility anf viability percentages was conducted everyday. Based on the result of this research concluded that the added with seminal plasmof cow can improve of goat motility and viability in milk diluter.
